Most iPhone screen and battery jobs are done same-day in under an hour at our walk-in stores. iPad and MacBook repairs typically take 1-3 days. Water damage diagnostics is £35 and takes 24-48 hours.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
Where available, yes — we source Apple-genuine parts directly. For older devices we use Tier-1 OEM-equivalent parts, and we always tell you which type before starting the repair.
What if the same issue comes back after repair?
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we re-fix it for free — or refund the full cost if we cannot.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at all 3 UK stores. Booking ahead online guarantees a slot and skips the queue — most slots have a 1-hour turnaround.
Can I post my device in?
Yes — book online and we'll email a free pre-paid postage label. Standard turnaround is 3-5 working days end-to-end, including diagnostic and return delivery.
